Use this tool to build your resume, free, for as long as you like. Don’t use it to harm others or break the law. We don’t promise it’ll get you a job — that part’s up to you.

Print Resume is a free tool for creating and downloading a resume as a PDF. There’s no account, no subscription, and no payment involved. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, the simplest option is not to use the site.

Everything you type into the builder — your name, experience, and everything else — belongs to you. It’s stored only in your browser, and we don’t claim any ownership over it or use it for anything beyond generating the PDF you download.

You’re responsible for making sure what you enter is accurate. We don’t review, verify, or take responsibility for the content of any resume built with this tool.

We built this tool carefully, but we can’t promise it’s free of bugs, that a given template will pass every applicant tracking system, or that using it will lead to an interview, an offer, or any particular outcome in your job search. It’s provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site — including lost data if your browser clears its storage, since nothing is backed up anywhere else.

You agree not to:

• Use the tool to create fraudulent or misleading documents intended to deceive an employer
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-generate content beyond normal personal use
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law in your country

The templates, design, and code that make up Print Resume belong to us. You’re free to use them to build and download your own resume — that’s the whole point — but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the underlying templates or source code as your own product.

This site is supported by Google AdSense. Ads are served by Google and its partners under their own terms and policies, separate from ours — see our Privacy Policy for how that works.

We may update these terms as the tool changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This doesn’t take away any consumer protection rights you’re entitled to under the law of the country you live in.
